Welcome, University of Arizona students!
Whether you’re on campus or online, here are some quick tips to help you start the semester.
1. Raise your hand
Don’t be afraid to ask questions. The UA has plenty of resources available to help if you need it, including Think Tank, which offers free tutoring services.
2. Change the landscape
Studies show that swapping scenery helps with retaining information. You may be comfortable in that corner of the library or the local coffee shop, but staying mobile has its advantages.
3. Get some sleep!
It can be tempting to burn the candle at both ends or try to “catch up” during the week. Social jet lag is real, and it can have a real impact on your health and grades.
