Program Details

The Eller Graduate Certificate in General Management and Organizations focuses on developing your people and decision-making skills. You’ll better understand hiring, training, coordinating, and creating an effective environment for attaining organizational objectives. You’ll also learn to lay a foundation for managing many different organizations.

Gain knowledge in several business areas to prepare for graduate business coursework. The certificate requires a minimum of 9 units in various areas to gain general management knowledge.

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and 3-5 years of work experience is required for this certificate.
