The UA offers non-degree seeking students the ability to take a growing number of online courses at the undergraduate or graduate level. As a non-degree seeking student, you may be working to fulfill prerequisites in order to qualify for your degree program or you may want to simply want to educate yourself on a specific topic. For either purpose, UA Online can help you achieve your goal – completely online.

PER UNIT COST (UNDERGRADUATE): $490
PER UNIT COST (GRADUATE): $820 - $1,250

Please note: If you left the UA as a non-degree seeking student on academic probation (GPA <2.0), you must complete a degree-seeking application. For undergraduates, you may apply 15 credits taken as a non-degree seeking student toward UA degree requirements. Graduate level students may apply up to 12 units earned in non-degree status and/or transferred from other institutions toward a graduate degree.
The UA cannot administer financial aid to non-degree seeking undergraduate students. Federal regulations require you are enrolled in an eligible academic program for the purpose of obtaining a degree in order to qualify for federal aid. Learn more about federal aid requirements.
