Program Details

This interprofessional graduate certificate – designed by industry leaders in regulatory science alongside experts at the University of Arizona in law and the health sciences – provides the tools and information for graduates to advance their careers or transition into the regulatory science field or a related discipline.

Students will receive specialized training in how to accelerate the development of medical products through greater understanding of the ethics, policies, and regulations governing regulatory science in the United States and abroad.  They will also have the opportunity to take a unique colloquium course that hosts internationally renowned speakers with the goal of introducing students both to the breadth of topics in regulatory science and to industry leaders.

This program consists of 13 credits (four courses at 3 credits each, plus the 1-credit colloquium). The certificate can be completed in 12 months, and all credits may be applied to the Master of Legal Studies.
