The Doctor of Nursing Practice program is a practice-focused doctoral program emphasizing innovative, evidence-based professional practice and reflecting the application and implementation of credible research findings. The Nurse Anesthesia specialization blends online, face-to-face (including required training sessions and orientations), and clinical residency learning within 36 months of full-time study. Students enrolled in the nurse anesthesia curriculum receive a broad foundation of educational preparation for the full scope of nursing theories, research methods and anesthesia practice across the life span.
