In as little as 12 months, the Master of Healthcare Management (MHM) program prepares students for the dynamic healthcare industry through flexible 100 percent online classes. The program is uniquely positioned to help you develop the management skills suited for the healthcare industry through a diverse core healthcare curriculum, an experiential healthcare consulting experience and a wide network of healthcare alumni through the Eller College.
The MHM provides an opportunity to concentrate in one of three different areas:
- Healthcare Leadership
- Healthcare Innovation
- Healthcare Informatics
You can also customize your own concentration to create a learning experience that matches your desired career path.
The MHM offers a wide variety of immersive, project-based experiences that enhance depth of knowledge and practical understanding. Our goal is to provide you with the business-based coursework necessary to develop skills for an ever-changing industry, and to give hands-on healthcare experiences that reinforce what's taught in the classroom. The intended audience for this program includes current or prospective physicians, healthcare administrators, and executives who will study the foundation of business (accounting, economics, finance, marketing) and the foundation of healthcare (information technology, management) with concentrations in innovation, leadership and informatics. These individuals will be seeking high-level management/executive roles in healthcare.
