Program Details

The Bachelor of Arts in Government and Public Service prepares students for careers in law enforcement, government and public service, as well as politics. This degree is also excellent preparation for law school or postgraduate studies in public administration, political science, or business administration.

It offers a well-balanced program that explores both theory and practice. Courses focus on American government and institutions, intelligence and security, and law and justice. With a focus on research, analytical and critical thinking skills, students in the Government and Public Service program learn to evaluate data, argue and communicate effectively, and to provide practical solutions to contemporary issues facing our world both today and in the future.
